We love people. We are inspired by our magnificent planet. And we get excited about developing beautiful spaces, full of light, with access to nature.
Based in Cornwall, we convert, refurbish and manage high quality accommodation for short, medium and long-term let. We also work with Cornwall Council as a provider of short term accommodation to those at risk of homelessness.
We specialise in Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMOs) for professionals, beautiful homes and apartments for our corporate customers, and quality shared accommodation for students.
For Tenants: well managed, comfortable places to call home.
For Guests: well-equipped, beautiful, clean spaces for memorable trips or emergency requirements.
